Screen Australia’s Indigenous Department facilitates the participation of Indigenous Australians in the industry and provides support to develop a vibrant Indigenous production sector through a range of funding options.
Indigenous filmmakers may apply to any Screen Australia program in addition to the funding programs of the Indigenous Department.
Producer Offset:
Tax-based incentive for projects with significant Australian content, administered by Screen Australia.
Co-production Program:
Certification of projects made under treaties with partner countries
