Post-production edit screenings

The Roxy is a popular post-production screening venue for directors, editors and producers prior to picture lock off. We understand the needs of a modern post-production team and are proud to offer the most reliable professional screening facility in Australia.

Double-head screenings are expertly supervised in 16mm, 35mm and Super 35mm with smooth changeovers.

We also screen DVD with full 5.1 surround sound.

We can project bright Avid and Lightworks rough and finecut playouts from SP Betacam or Digital Betacam on to the big 3.4 metre-high screen, in 4:3 or 16:9 formats, with full stereo or multi-track sound.

Print checks

Screen your new answer or release print at the Roxy and experience your film in the finest professional venue available.

To accurately judge print quality you need a large, calibrated, pin-sharp screen, proper masking and powerful Dolby Digital surround sound. We give you that.

All our facilities meet or exceed the highest industry standards and our projectionist is the most experienced in the business.

Premieres, private screenings and audience research

Conferences, seminars and launches and multimedia presentations

The Roxy is a terrific venue for seminars and conferences. Our powerful digital projector can project clear pictures from your laptop, Mac or PC onto the big screen, making it perfect for high-impact Powerpoint, CD-Rom or DVD presentations.

The large foyer and patio ensure maximum flexibility whatever your event. There's an excellent in-house PA system and catering is available on-site for small or large groups.
