The TreeThe Tree

CANNES CLOSING NIGHT FILM

Australian/French co-production The Tree had its World Premiere as the closing night film at the 63rd Cannes Film Festival in May 2010.

Starring Charlotte Gainsbourg, Marton Csokas and Aden Young, The Tree is produced by Sue Taylor from Taylor Media in Perth and Yael Fogiel from Les Films Du Poisson. It is directed by French filmmaker Julie Bertuccelli and adapted by Julie and Australian writer Elizabeth Mars from the Australian novel Our Father Who Art in the Tree by Judy Pascoe.
