Policies

Complaints about Screen Australia

Screen Australia welcomes feedback on the quality of its services, either verbally or in writing, including by email. Complaints will be referred to the relevant Director, who will work with the staff of the section involved to ensure speedy resolution of the complaint.

Screen Australia undertakes to keep complainants informed of the progress of their complaints.

You can lodge a complaint with the Commonwealth Ombudsman (1300 362 072 for the cost of a local call) if you are dissatisfied with Screen Australia’s complaints-handling procedures or if your complaint is not resolved satisfactorily.
